Cannot find Chemvue on Apple App Store

Why can't I find Chemvue on the Apple App store on my Mac?

The Apple store will only show apps that are capable of being installed on your device. If your Mac uses an Intel based processor rather than the Apple Silicon (M series) of chips, then your computer will not be able see Chemvue within the App store. The last Macs manufactured with the Intel based chips were manufactured in 2020.

Depending on the age of the Mac OS that you are running, you may not be able to see the Chemvue app if the operating system that you are running is too old to support the features within Chemvue.

Chemvue requires MacOS 13.3 (Ventura) or later.

While MacOS 11 (Big Sur) and 12 (Monterey) both support Apple Silicon, Chemvue will not be visible within the app store if you are still on one of those versions of the Apple OS.
