Force sensor on Smart Cart not reading accurately

Force sensor not reading correctly on Smart Cart

To help the load cell on the Smart Cart work its best, please monitor the following.

  1. Ensure that the battery on the unit is fully charged.
  2. Ensure that the accessories that are attached to the load cell are not overtightened.
  3. Ensure any available firmware updates for the Smart Cart have been applied.

If the above do not restore the Smart Cart to the proper readings, the cart can be reset to the factory settings.
