Google Classroom Privacy Statement

PASCO Portal accesses only the user's given name, family name, and email address associated with their Google account, solely for the purpose of registration to the PASCO Portal.

When a user wants to use the 'Share to Google Classroom' feature, the portal accesses the user's Google Classroom classes information to display a list of all their classes. The user can then select a class and share content within that specific class. The portal does not store any class information.

When a user shares content to Google Classroom, the portal accesses the user's Google Drive to copy the teaching content into their Drive. The portal does not access or store any other file information from the user's Drive.

The Portal uses Google user data only as necessary to provide specific features. For registration, we access the user's given name, family name, and email address from their Google account. When using the 'Share to Google Classroom' feature, we access the user's Google Classroom class information to display available classes and copy teaching content to their Google Drive. We do not store any class or file information from Google Classroom or Google Drive.

The portal does not share, transfer, or disclose Google user data with any third parties. The data accessed, such as the user's name, email address, Google Classroom information, and Google Drive content, is used solely for the purpose of providing the requested features within the portal. All user data is handled in strict compliance with the privacy policy and is not shared or exposed beyond the intended functionality.
